Karefree Dayz

As I desire to live for Christ, honouring Him in all I do, I am constantly reminded of this verse, "Casting all your care on Him, for He careth for you."~I Peter 5:7. This seems like such a simple statement, but is certainly hard to put into practice in every situation that God brings into my life. I am thankful for the promise in the verse that Scott and I like to call "our" verse, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."~Matthew 6:33. We have seen this promise from God in action so many times in our lives before we were married and since we've been married! I remember in the beginning of our marriage when I wanted a baby right away and was trying to be in control. When I finally surrendered to God about the whole baby thing, He gave us a growing baby within a month! Now we have our sweet little Lucy. Doing things God's way is always best!
