Silly Story #1 of #6,786,432 (possibly)

Lucy was running around the house, like toddlers do.
Something else in her little world was running too, at a steady speed.
Her NOSE.
(In the beginning stages, I was convinced her nose was running because she was teething.
My nose is running too.
I am not teething).
Little Lucy took a moment to pause her fun and games to WIPE her NOSE
on the BLANKET covering our COUCH!!
WHAT?!
Who does that?
Where did she learn such a thing?
My jaw dropped and we laughed. She gave us her "I know I'm funny" grin.
Another missed opportunity to correct bad behaviour because of her cuteness distraction factor.
About an hour later, I stopped her mid-run to wipe her nose again.
With no Kleenex handy, I grabbed a receiving BLANKET and wiped her nose.
Off she went.
Did you notice the key word?
Blanket. One of Clara's receiving BLANKETS.
Mystery solved.
A blanket is a blanket is a blanket.
And a soft fleece blanket within reach is better than a Kleenex or a receiving blanket.
Never a dull moment in the Watters household!
*For all concerned, the blanket in question will be washed.*
